Testimonials

James Bowers

Co-Owner/ Associate Broker, Coldwell Banker - The Property Exchange

“Daniel has been instrumental in helping navigate the various complexities that have and continue to arise in my complicated professional life as an owner of multiple businesses. I’ve read hundreds of business books over the years, and attended many conferences as well as participated in numerous performance coaching programs. Where Daniel shines above those experiences is the unique richness of perspective he brings to bear. He’s capable of helping people consider all sides of a problem and helping craft thoughtful solutions in a way I’ve never experienced. The skills Daniel brings and shares with his clients provide uncommon tools well suited to living the best professional and personal life a person can lead.”

Eric Romano

Insurance & Financial Services Agent, Romano Agency

“I have experience in the executive/professional coaching space. During my 15 years as a small business owner, I've utilized trusted, certified professionals to offer guidance in the area of leadership, management, and general organization. After working with Daniel, I can confidently say his service is superior. Daniel is an expert listener and problem solver. He has an uncanny ability to help leaders/managers condense what ordinarily may feel like a multi-faceted problem into very palatable pieces. His approach gives leaders the tools to effectively compartmentalize and prioritize; arming them with the confidence and urgency to attack their issues head-on. After sitting with Daniel for only a few sessions, I find myself utilizing his concepts on a day-to-day basis. I would recommend Daniel to any business professional; from novice to expert level.”

About Us

The Healthy Relationship Academy partners with businesses and organizations to create healthy workplaces by providing leadership development and certification, consulting and facilitation for organizations, and staff development and wellness programs.

The quality of the workplace environment has a huge impact on businesses’ ability to attract and retain quality employees. We provide training and support for business owners, leaders, and managers on building strong, positive workplaces that balance good workplace relations with a focus on meeting organizational goals.

Employee engagement and effectiveness depend on the quality of work relationships. Relationships also influence how committed workers are to their jobs and how long they stick around. (We all know how hard it is to leave a job when we feel connected to our fellow employees and managers.)

Supporting healthy relationships is also a key part of having an effective wellness strategy for your organization. The National Institutes for Health has stated that relationships are a “public health priority of equal importance to lifestyle factors” (like exercise, smoking, and obesity) because the quality of our relationships has a powerful influence on our physical and mental health, as well as affecting our ability to be effective in the workplace.
