facilitation

finding collaborative solutions and strategizing for success

meeting facilitation services

As a facilitator, I make it easier for groups to envision different possibilities, work through difficult decisions, resolve conflicts, and develop strategies to address ongoing organizational issues. My work begins by understanding the needs, objectives, and concerns of all interested participants. As a skilled and impartial facilitator, I allow all participants to focus fully on the issues at hand, without worrying about running the meeting itself. This allows you to think critically and creatively about the potential opportunities you want to explore, new directions that might unfold, and the important considerations that will ensure you reach your goals. I am able to conduct virtual or hybrid meetings, and can also facilitate in-person meetings.

Constructive Conflict Facilitation

constructive conflict resolution

Constructive Conflict Resolution is designed for business partners and leaders who are confronted with stalled decision-making or who are facing unresolved issues that could jeopardize the future wellbeing of their organization.

Unlike mediation or costly legal avenues, Constructive Conflict Resolution offers a supportive, collaborative environment that helps stakeholders develop mutually beneficial solutions, while also rebuilding professional relationships.

By facilitating clear communication and fostering greater understanding between parties, Constructive Conflict Resolution helps organizations move forward effectively and confidently, avoiding the stress and negative consequences of prolonged, unproductive conflict or disagreement, while also saving time and money.
