About Us

The Healthy Relationship Academy partners with businesses and organizations to create healthy workplaces by providing innovative educational programs for leaders, relationship-focused management training, consulting for organizations, staff development and wellness programs.

The quality of the workplace environment has a huge impact on businesses’ ability to attract and retain quality employees. We provide training and support for business owners, leaders, and managers on building strong, positive workplaces that balance good workplace relations with a focus on meeting organizational goals.

Employee engagement and effectiveness depend on the quality of work relationships. Relationships also influence how committed workers are to their jobs and how long they stick around. (We all know how hard it is to leave a job when we feel connected to our fellow employees and managers.)

Supporting healthy relationships is also a key part of having an effective wellness strategy for your organization. The National Institutes for Health has stated that relationships are a “public health priority of equal importance to lifestyle factors” (like exercise, smoking, and obesity) because the quality of our relationships has a powerful influence on our physical and mental health, as well as affecting our ability to be effective in the workplace.
