Workplace strengths assessment program

Starting with Strengths

Every person has particular strengths that can become tremendous assets for your organization—if you know what they are and how to use them. In this program, each staff member will have the opportunity to discover their unique workplace strengths profile. For employees, we have the Workplace Strengths Assessment™. For leaders and managers, we have the Leadership Strengths Assessment™.  Both assessments provide a quick, accurate way to understand each person’s strengths and growth opportunities in the workplace.

The Starting With Strengths program allows you and your staff to work together to create a highly effective organization where everyone’s gifts are being used to the fullest. Managers will also learn new strategies for helping employees thrive in their jobs while also anticipating likely challenges, so you can avoid preventable workplace problems and proactively address staff development needs.

starting with strengths opens for registration in June 2024.

About Us

The Healthy Relationship Academy partners with businesses and organizations to create healthy workplaces by providing innovative educational programs for leaders, relationship-focused management training, consulting for organizations, staff development and wellness programs.

The quality of the workplace environment has a huge impact on businesses’ ability to attract and retain quality employees. We provide training and support for business owners, leaders, and managers on building strong, positive workplaces that balance good workplace relations with a focus on meeting organizational goals.

Employee engagement and effectiveness depend on the quality of work relationships. Relationships also influence how committed workers are to their jobs and how long they stick around. (We all know how hard it is to leave a job when we feel connected to our fellow employees and managers.)

Supporting healthy relationships is also a key part of having an effective wellness strategy for your organization. The National Institutes for Health has stated that relationships are a “public health priority of equal importance to lifestyle factors” (like exercise, smoking, and obesity) because the quality of our relationships has a powerful influence on our physical and mental health, as well as affecting our ability to be effective in the workplace.
