Here’s how we work together:
1. Use the contact form below to reach out so we can set up a time to talk. When we meet, I’ll learn about your concerns, your desires, your needs, and your deadlines. Based on this interview, I will create a proposal outlining how I will work with you to accomplish the objectives you outlined. We discuss the proposal until we find a set of terms that satisfy us both.
2. Once we have a plan in place, I will begin working through the objectives on the proposal. I will provide informal and formal updates on progress and obstacles. This will often involve researching your organization and interviewing key personnel. Throughout this process, it is important that you consistently help to clear obstacles within your organization that would hinder my ability to manage your project with integrity and care. This is especially important if my work involves working with your staff or management teams to get a sense for probable issues and potential solutions.
3. We will keep each other informed of any important changes to either the starting situation or the stated outcomes at agreed upon intervals.
4. Our work together concludes when I provide a formal report that documents all relevant findings, recommendations, and cautions. This includes an analysis of probable outcomes when my recommendations are implemented measured against a baseline of not changing.

Dr. Daniel Boscaljon is the founder of the Healthy Relationship Academy. He’s also an executive coach, award-winning educator, certified mediator, and an internationally-respected speaker on topics around relationships and personal fulfillment. As an executive coach, Dr. Boscaljon works with select individuals on issues ranging from creative leadership and personal development to strategic planning and goal prioritization.
Through his work in training and development, Dr. Boscaljon has witnessed the powerful impact workplace culture and strong relationships have on both leaders and employees, as well as the overall functioning of organizations. His work focuses on the connection between relationship issues and decreased organizational effectiveness because improving the quality of relationships in the workplace is a vital part of supporting a healthy workplace culture and more successful organizations.
As a mediator, Dr. Boscaljon gained a deep understanding of the barriers to effective communication and how to help individuals—and organizations—work through conflicts in ways that build stronger relationships.

In addition to his work with the Healthy Relationship Academy, Dr. Boscaljon is the cofounder of Alchemy of Love, which provides relationship programs for individuals and couples, and the Director of Research and Program Development at the Institute for Trauma Informed Relationships, which provides education and training to helping professionals.
Born in California and raised in Iowa, Dr. Boscaljon lives and works in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
